Direct Sales

Our sales and marketing team works the local and surrounding market to uncover and capture all and any business opportunities.  It comes down to old fashion cold calling, whether in person, on the phone, or email, we require our sales teams to prospect all market segments on a daily basis.

Online Marketing

Our Creative Director of Online Services utilizes our local and branded websites to create short and long term promotions and packages to appeal to all travelers.  We utilize online avenues such as Expedia, Hotels.com, and Travelocity to promote and capture incremental revenues through such ways as flash sales and pay per click campaigns.  We respond to all review sites on a daily basis from the top level of the company to ensure all prospective guests understand we are listening and want to improve in all aspects of service and amenities.

Community Involvement

Our culture is to be involved! Our teams are involved in a wide array of organizations from Non Profits, Chambers, Associations, Military Affairs, Tourism Authorities and much more.  It is a vital part of our hotel management strategy to help where needed and be involved at the point where we put a footprint on the local and regional community.
